Villa Uuttu is the newly renovated, legendary Osuuspankki Bank cottage in Kuusamo. It is conveniently located on the shore of Lake Oivankijärvi, only a short distance from the Kuusamo town services, outdoor trails, national parks, the Ruka slopes and the airport.
The elegantly decorated and renovated traditional deadwood cottage offers comfortable accommodation for 10 people and is ideal for families, companies and groups.
The Villa is well-suited for meetings, so ask for a daily rent for your meeting and have a nice evening after the official part of the day, having a sauna bath and relaxing! Or bring over the staff of your company for some teamwork and recreation.

☺Villa Uuttu is a very beautiful place. It is situated in the forest , just near the lake, so you can go fishing. By the way, you can find fishing rods in the house. Also it is not far from the shops. Villa Uuttu is very good equipped, you can find there what ever you need. The kitchen has all utensils. Also Villa is very cosy, stylish , comfortable and very large! It looks much better in reality than in photos. The owner of the villa is very hospitable and helpful, always keeps in touch. Villa Uuttu is highly recommended! And of course, I definitely hope to return!!!
